New Markets Venture Capital Company Law and Legal Definition
According to 15 USCS § 689 (4), [Title 15. Commerce and Trade; Chapter 14B. Small Business Investment Program; Investment Division Programs; New Markets Venture Capital Program] the term New Markets Venture Capital company means “a company that--
(A) has been granted final approval by the Administrator under section 354(e) [15 USCS § 689c(e)]; and
(B) has entered into a participation agreement with the Administrator.”
