New Works Law and Legal Definition
In Civil law, new works refers to a structure newly commenced on a particular estate. The adjacent land owner is allowed a denunciation of new works as a remedy. The adjacent land owner can make a denunciation of new works if his/her property will be injured upon the completion of the structure.
