Newspaper Owner Law and Legal Definition
According to 15 USCS § 1802 (3), [Title 15. Commerce and Trade; Chapter 43. Newspaper Preservation] the term newspaper owner means “any person who owns or controls directly, or indirectly through separate or subsidiary corporations, one or more newspaper publications.”
