Nicotine Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 21 USCS § 387 (12) [Title 21. Food And Drugs; Chapter 9. Federal Food, Drug, And Cosmetic Act; Tobacco Products], the term nicotine means “the chemical substance named 3-(1-Methyl-2-pyrrolidinyl) pyridine or C[10]H[14]N[2], including any salt or complex of nicotine.”
