The no-answer default judgment is a judgment that is entered in favor of the plaintiff, after the defendant fails to timely answer or makes a default in appearance. The judgment is entered against the defendant when s/he fails to move, answer, or otherwise appear in court to defend against the plaintiff’s accusations.
