Non Age Law and Legal Definition
Non age is the period during which one is legally underage. The term non age can also be termed infancy or minority. It means lack of requisite legal age to be of ability to do a particular thing. It refers to the state of being under age at which a person cannot legally enter into certain transactions, such as the making of binding contracts, or marrying.
