Non-removable Identification Bracelets Law and Legal Definition
Non-removable identification bracelets are worn by inmates in various prisons embossed with the prisoner's name, photograph, and a bar code specific to that prisoner which links the criminal with the jail's computer database. It will track the prisoner's location throughout the jail.
