Non Resident Motorist Statute is a state law governing the liabilities and obligations of nonresidents who use the state’s highways. For instance, the nonresident motorist statute of Oklahoma, imposes a contractual obligation on nonresident motorists who use the highways of the state for the operation of their motor vehicles.
