Noncontiguous Domestic Trade Law and Legal Definition
According to 49 USCS § 13102(17) [Title 49. Transportation; Subtitle IV. Interstate Transportation; Part B. Motor Carriers, Water Carriers, Brokers, and Freight Forwarders; Chapter 131. General Provisions] the term "noncontiguous domestic trade" means transportation subject to jurisdiction under chapter 135 [49 USCS §§ 13501 et seq.] involving traffic originating in or destined to Alaska, Hawaii, or a territory or possession of the United States.
