Noncontiguous Territory of the U.S. Law and Legal Definition
According to 19 CFR 4.0 [Title 19 -- Customs Duties; Chapter I -- U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Department of Homeland Security; Department of the Treasury; Part 4 -- Vessels in Foreign and Domestic Trades], noncontiguous territory of the U.S. includes all the island territories and possessions of the U.S., but does not include the Canal Zone.
