Nondiversity Country Law and Legal Definition
A country which has high rates of immigration to the United States is known as a non-diversity country. However, passport holders who belong to non-diversity countries are not eligible to participate in the Diversity Visa Program. Two other terms that are often used to refer non-diversity countries are non-qualifying and excluded countries.
