Nonforfeitable Account Balance Law and Legal Definition
"Nonforfeitable account balance" means “any amounts in an account, established and maintained under subchapter III [5 USCS §§ 8431 et seq.], which are nonforfeitable (as determined under section 8432(g) [5 USCS § 8432(g)]).” (5 USCS § 8401)
