Nongovernmental Output Property Bond Law and Legal Definition
Nongovernmental output property bond is a tax-exempt private activity bond issue. The proceeds of a nongovernmental output property bond are used to finance the acquisition of property used by a nongovernmental entity in connection with an output facility (such as an electric or gas power project).
