Nontrailerable Recreational Vessels Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 50 CFR 86.12 [Title 50 -- Wildlife and Fisheries, Chapter I -- United States Fish and Wildlife Service, Department of The Interior], the term nontrailerable recreational vessels mean “motorized boats 26 feet or more in length manufactured for and operated primarily for pleasure, including vessels leased, rented, or chartered to another person for his or her pleasure.”
