Nontransporter Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 21 CFR 1.328 [Title 21 -- Food and Drugs; Chapter I -- Food and Drug Administration, Department of Health and Human Services], nontransporter means “a person who owns food or who holds, manufactures, processes, packs, imports, receives, or distributes food for purposes other than transportation.”
