Nontransporter Immediate Previous Source Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 21 CFR 1.328 [Title 21 -- Food and Drugs; Chapter I -- Food and Drug Administration, Department of Health and Human Services], nontransporter immediate previous source means “a person that last had food before transferring it to another nontransporter.”
