This Notice of Abandoned personal property is sent by the Landlord of the rented premises wherein the former Tenant has abandoned his/her personal property. This Notice mentions the name and address of the Tenant. This Notice describes the personal property that has been abandoned in the rented premises that has been vacated by the Tenant. This Notice specifies the address where the Tenant can claim the abandoned personal property. This Notice specifies the certain number of days during which the Tenant has to respond or risk losing the property.
