Nuclear Explosive Operation Law and Legal Definition
According to 10 CFR 851.3 (a) [Title 10 Energy; Chapter III Department of Energy; Part 851 Worker Safety and Health Program; Subpart A General Provisions], Nuclear Explosive Operation means “any activity involving a nuclear explosive, including activities in which main charge high-explosive parts and pit are collocated.”
