Nuclear Materials and Equipment Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 22 USCS § 3203 (3) [Title 22. Foreign Relations and Intercourse; Chapter 47. Nuclear Non-Proliferation], the term nuclear materials and equipment means source material, special nuclear material, production facilities, utilization facilities, and components, items or substances determined to have significance for nuclear explosive purposes pursuant to subsection [section] 109 b. of the 1954 Act.
