Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 22 USCS § 8008 (8) [Title 22. Foreign Relations and Intercourse; Chapter 87. United States and India Nuclear Cooperation], the terms Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty and NPT mean “the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons, done at Washington, London, and Moscow July 1, 1968, and entered into force March 5, 1970 (21 UST 483).”
