Nutrition Education Law and Legal Definition
According to 7 USCS § 3402 (Title 7, Agriculture; Chapter 65, Wheat and Wheat Foods Research and Nutrition Education), the term "nutrition education" means “any action to disseminate to the public information resulting from research concerning the economic value or nutritional benefits of wheat, processed wheat, and end products.”
