Office of Federal Lands Highway Law and Legal Definition
The Office of Federal Lands Highway (FLH) is a component of the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). The FLH provides program stewardship and transportation engineering services for planning, design, construction, and rehabilitation of the highways and bridges that provide access to and through federally owned lands. The FLH serves all the 50 states of the U.S., the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.
