Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization [USDOJ] Law and Legal Definition
Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) is a component of the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) that works to improve and increase the DOJ’s performance in utilizing small, small disadvantaged, small women-owned, and veteran-owned businesses as contractors and subcontractors.
The OSDBU Director and the Deputy Attorney General help well-qualified and skillful small, minority, and women-owned businesses seeking contracts with the DOJ.
