Office of Small Business Programs [OSBP] Law and Legal Definition
The Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP) is responsible for the development and management of programs that assist all categories of small business. The mission of OSBP is to serve as an attorney for small business enterprises. OSBP verifies that a fair portion of contract awards and a percentage of total U.S. business dollars are placed with small business, small disadvantaged business, women-owned small business, HUBZone small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, and historically black colleges, universities and minority institutions.
