The Office of the Federal Register (OFR) is an agency of the U.S. Government within the National Archives and Records Administration. The Office of the Federal Register (OFR) provides access to the official text of Federal Laws, Presidential Documents, and Administrative Regulations and Notices. The OFR also administers the Electoral College and the Constitutional Amendment process.
The OFR aims to:
a. inform citizens of their rights and obligations;
b. document the actions of Federal agencies; and
c. provide a forum for public participation in the democratic process
