Official Youth Case Record Law and Legal Definition
Official Youth Case Record is the Department of Juvenile Justice’s documentation of the youth’s custody, supervision, care, and treatment. This record consists of two separate files: (1) the individual health care record which contains medical and mental health information and (2) the individual management record containing all other youth related information.
