Open Commission Meeting Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 18 CFR 375.202 (Title 18, Conservation Of Power And Water Resources Chapter I, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission; Department Of Energy Subchapter W, Revised General Rules Part 375, The Commission; Subpart B, Procedures Under The Government In The Sunshine Act ) the term Open Commission Meeting means “that the public may attend and observe the deliberations of the Commission during such meeting or portion of a meeting.”
