Operate Aircrafts Law and Legal Definition
Operate aircrafts are those aircrafts used for the purpose of air navigation. The following are examples of a federal statute defining an operate aircraft.
According to 49 USCS § 40102 (35), ‘operate aircraft’ and ‘operation of aircraft’ means “using aircraft for the purposes of air navigation, including-
(A) the navigation of aircraft; and
(B) causing or authorizing the operation of aircraft with or without the right of legal control of the aircraft.”
