Organization (Probate) Law and Legal Definition
An organization is a group of people who work together. An organization works towards collective goals and controls its own performance. Pursuant to section 1 201 of the Uniform Probate Code, an organization means a corporation, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, joint venture, association, or government. Government includes a governmental subdivision or agency. An organization can be a legal or a commercial entity.
