Organizational Picketing Law and Legal Definition
Organizational picketing is a picketing that is done by a union, in order to persuade the employer to accept the picketing union as the collective bargaining union. Such forms of picketing are common in organizations with multiple unions. This is resorted to when the employer has previously recognized another union as the bargaining union for the company’s employees.
