Organized crime conspiracy refers to a theory that explains President Kennedy assassination. According to this theory, mafia criminals may have wished to take revenge for increasing pressure put upon them. The Mafia hated the Kennedys because, as Attorney General, the young and idealistic Robert Kennedy (President’s younger brother) conducted an unprecedented legal assault on organized crime.
