Original Bill in the Nature of a Supplemental Bill Law and Legal Definition
Original bill in the nature of a supplemental bill is a bill filed in a suit in equity when new parties, with new interests, arising from events which have transpired since the institution of the suit, are to be brought before the court. It is filed when the interest of the plaintiff or defendant, suing or defending, wholly determines, and the same property becomes vested in another person not claiming under him.
