Original Political Item Law and Legal Definition
According to 15 USCS § 2106 (1) [Title 15. Commerce and Trade; Chapter 48. Hobby Protection] the term original political item means “any political button, poster, literature, sticker, or any advertisement produced for use in any political cause.”
