Outside Youth or Community Group [Education] Law and Legal Definition
According to 34 CFR 108.3 (k) [Title 34 – Education; Subtitle B -- Regulations of the Offices of the Department of Education; Chapter I -- Office for Civil Rights, Department of Education; Part 108 -- Equal Access to Public School Facilities for the Boy Scouts of America and Other Designated Youth Groups], the term outside youth or community group means “a youth or community group that is not affiliated with the school.”
