Overmatched Amount [Small Business Development Centers] Law and Legal Definition
According to 13 CFR 130.110 [Title 13 -- Business Credit and Assistance; Chapter I -- Small Business Administration; Part 130 -- Small Business Development Centers], overmatched amount refers to “non-Federal contributions to SBDC project costs, including cash, in-kind contributions and indirect costs, in excess of the statutorily required amount.”
