Racial Pollution Law and Legal Definition
Racial pollution refers to prohibition of sexual relations with persons outside of defined races. Racial pollution was made an offence in Nazi Germany. Law for the Protection of German Blood and Honor defined it as “Sexual intercourse (except in marriage) between Jews and German nationals of German or German related blood is forbidden.” This rule was however short-lived.
