Radical Retropubic Prostatectomy Law and Legal Definition
A radical retropubic prostatectomy is defined as “the surgical removal of the prostate with its capsule, seminal vesicles, ductus deferens, some pelvic fasciae, and sometimes pelvic lymph nodes, through the retropubic space.” [Currie v.
