Radiographer Certification Law and Legal Definition
According to 10 CFR 34.3 [Title 10 – Energy; Chapter I -- Nuclear Regulatory Commission; Part 34 -- Licenses for Industrial Radiography and Radiation Safety; Requirements for Industrial Radiographic Operations; Subpart A -- General Provisions], the term radiographer certification means “written approval received from a certifying entity stating that an individual has satisfactorily met certain established radiation safety, testing, and experience criteria.”
