Random Testing Law and Legal Definition
According to 10 CFR 707.4 [Title 10 Energy; Chapter III Department of Energy; Part 707 Workplace Substance Abuse Programs at DOE Sites; Subpart A General Provisions], Random Testing means “the unscheduled, unannounced urine drug testing of randomly selected individuals in testing designated positions, by a process designed to ensure that selections are made in a non-discriminatory manner.”
