According to 7 CFR 29.42 (Title 7, Agriculture; Subtitle B, Regulations of The Department of Agriculture; Chapter I, Agricultural Marketing Service H1 (Standards, Inspections, Marketing Practices), Department Of Agriculture; Subchapter A, Commodity Standards And Standard Container Regulations; Part 29, Tobacco Inspection; Subpart B, Regulations; Definitions), the term “ Receiving station” means “Points at which producer tobacco is offered for marketing (other than sale at auction on a designated market), including tobacco auction warehouses, packing houses, prizeries, or places where tobacco is handled or stored.” (7 CFR 29.42)
