Recipient Acquired Equipment [Aeronautics and Space] Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 14 CFR 1260.3 [Title 14 Aeronautics and Space; Chapter V National Aeronautics and Space Administration; Part 1260 Grants and Cooperative Agreements; Subpart A General], the term Recipient Acquired Equipment means “equipment purchased or fabricated with grant funds by a recipient for the performance of work under its grant.”
