Reclamation Lands Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 16 USCS § 460l-32 (1), [Title 16. Conservation; Chapter 1. National Parks, Military Parks, Monuments, and Seashores; Reclamation Recreation Management Act] the term reclamation lands means “real property administered by the Secretary, acting through the Commissioner of Reclamation, and includes all acquired and withdrawn lands and water areas under jurisdiction of the Bureau.”
