Recoverable Waste Energy Law and Legal Definition
According to 42 USCS § 6341 [Title 42. The Public Health and Welfare; Chapter 77. Energy Policy and Conservation; Improving Energy Efficiency; Industrial Energy Efficiency], the term “recoverable waste energy” means waste energy from which electricity or useful thermal energy may be recovered through modification of an existing facility or addition of a new facility.
