Recreation Area Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 16 USCS § 460bbb-1 (3), [Title 16. Conservation; Chapter 1. National Parks, Military Parks, Monuments, and Seashores; Smith River National Recreation Area] the term recreation area means “the Smith River National Recreation Area established by section 4 [16 USCS § 460bbb-2].”
Pursuant to 16 USCS § 460hhh (2), [Title 16. Conservation; Chapter 1. National Parks, Military Parks, Monuments, and Seashores; Spring Mountains National Recreation Area] the term recreation area also means “the Spring Mountains National Recreation Area established by this Act [16 USCS §§ 460hhh et seq.].”
