Pursuant to 16 USCS § 460nnn (7), [Title 16. Conservation; Chapter 1. National Parks, Military Parks, Monuments, and Seashores; Steens Mountain Cooperative Management and Protection Area] the term Redband Trout Reserve means “the Donner und Blitzen Redband Trout Reserve designated by section 302.”
