Redomestication or Transfer Law and Legal Definition
According to 15 USCS § 6735 (11) [Title 15. Commerce and Trade; Chapter 93. Insurance; Redomestication of Mutual Insurers] the term redomestication or transfer means “the transfer of the domicile of a mutual insurer from one State to another State pursuant to this subtitle [15 USCS §§ 6731 et seq.].”
