Reemployed Annuitant Law and Legal Definition
According to 5 CFR 210.102 [Title 5 Administrative Personnel; Chapter I Office of Personnel Management], reemployed annuitant means "an employee whose annuity under subchapter III of chapter 83 of title 5, United States Code, was continued on reemployment in an appointive position on or after October 1, 1956."
