Reentry Services Law and Legal Definition
According to 49 USCS § 70102 [Title 49. Transportation; Subtitle IX. Commercial Space Transportation; Chapter 701. Commercial Space Launch Activities], reentry services means--
“(A) activities involved in the preparation of a reentry vehicle and payload, crew (including crew training), or space flight participant, if any, for reentry; and
(B) the conduct of a reentry.”
