Regular Contractual Process Law and Legal Definition
According to 15 USCS § 3002 (21), [Title 15. Commerce and Trade; Chapter 57. Interstate Horseracing] the term regular contractual process means “those negotiations by which the applicable horsemen's group and host racing association reach agreements on issues regarding the conduct of horseracing by the horsemen's group at that racing association.”
