Regular Employment Law and Legal Definition
Regular employment is an employment for a definite and more or less extended period of time. An employment of a continuing nature, although for no definite period is a regular employment. It is the consistent employment of a working force by an industry over a given period of time. [Jones v. Cochran, 46 Ga. App. 360 (Ga. Ct. App. 1933)].
